Over a six-month period, MEEDEA partnered with OrgShakers to deliver holistic, fractional marketing support designed to strengthen brand authority, increase visibility, and create consistency across every marketing touchpoint. Rather than operating as an external agency working at arm’s length, this engagement was structured around a Fractional Marketing Manager model, embedding one of our digital marketing specialists directly into OrgShakers’ day-to-day operations.

This approach allowed OrgShakers to access senior-level marketing capability without the overhead of a full in-house hire, while maintaining speed, flexibility, and strategic alignment.

Acting as an Embedded Marketing Lead

A key component of this project was the active involvement of one of MEEDEA’s digital marketing specialists in OrgShakers’ internal meetings. They attended regular leadership and planning sessions as the main in-house point of contact for marketing, ensuring that ideas, priorities, and decisions were translated quickly into clear marketing actions.

By sitting inside these conversations, our specialist became the central communicator for internal marketing updates, aligning stakeholders across content, social, video, and SEO. This removed friction, reduced back-and-forth, and ensured marketing activity stayed closely connected to business goals rather than operating in isolation.

This embedded presence also meant OrgShakers did not need to brief multiple suppliers or manage fragmented outputs. Marketing decisions were discussed once, clarified in real time, and executed with consistency.

Video Editing and Repurposing at Scale

Video editing support played a growing role during the six months. OrgShakers regularly produces video content for webinars, events, and leadership commentary. Our role was to turn longer recordings into polished, platform-ready assets that could be used across LinkedIn, internal communications, and the website.

By integrating video into the wider content strategy, we helped OrgShakers extend the lifespan of existing material, increasing reach without increasing production effort.

SEO was embedded throughout the engagement rather than treated as a separate activity. Blog content was structured around relevant search intent, internal linking was improved, and on-page fundamentals were consistently applied.
