We offer a wide range of services, including Web Design, Graphic Design, SEO, Social Media, Paid Ads & eCommerce through Shopify. All of these services can be accessed in your MEEDEA portal.

When you purchase access to a service, you will be assigned a support chat for that service. There, you will have access to an account manager who will learn your project inside & out and provide top-quality UK-Based support. Additionally, during certain projects a video call consultation will be included.

You can cancel, upgrade or downgrade your service at any time within your MEEDEA portal, we do not lock-in for any of our contracts.

When onboarding for a website, you will be asked a short questionnaire about the specific goals you have out of your website. On rare occassions, if what you aim to get out of a website is too large or small, we will contact you immediately to let you know whether the subscription should be cancelled, upgraded or downgraded. We always aim to be as transparent as possible. We are a small but strong growing team here at MEEDEA, with a team of less than 7 people currently, we have staff in UK, Ireland & Dubai. Most data and support is conducted within the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom. We operate, build and scale businesses online presence from all around the world, even in Australia! Absolutely! Your MEEDEA account manager will be able to help with the setup of a virtual calendar booking system or an external booking system such as Calendly. For customers on a Advanced Plan, a booking system is included as standard in your website.

As standard, beyond your contact details on the site, a contact form or a request a quote form is included in all MEEDEA websites, allowing you to gather interest in your services/business. Contact requests are made available both on your MEEDEA portal & via email.

Absolutely, MEEDEA websites are secured to the highest standards. All our websites come with 256-bit SSL encryption as standard. We also provide comprehensive cybersecurity training to all team members, ensuring robust protection. Both your MEEDEA account and website adhere to stringent security protocols, ensuring they are safeguarded against potential threats.

Currently, MEEDEA does not offer an in-platform eCommerce solution. However, as Shopify partners, we can set up a Shopify store for you to sell products. Additionally, we are working on developing our own eCommerce platform, which we plan to release by 2025.

Some companies that offer pay monthly websites will be on an indefinite lease, this is not the case at MEEDEA. After a full 12 months of pay monthly payments (or annual prepayment) you are of full ownership of your website. However, a MEEDEA website is designed to be easy to edit and maintain via your MEEDEA portal.

When you outsource your social media to our team, within your portal you can see impending posts to your social media platform(s), see your upcoming content calendar, approve/reject posts with feedback & also speak directly to your content manager.

Absolutely! This is very common, for instance, a bakery may have a new cake they'd like to show off, you simply upload the in-house image, we add the graphics and edit the image to look professional for your social media and write the caption/copy and upload it for you. All imagery you provide at any time we will utilise within our posts we craft for you.

All our packages include as standard just static imagery (with some animations at times) however, if you'd like reels created, please speak to your dedicated account manager for an affordable quote.

Our SEO service is often engrained with content writing, content marketing (ie. having an active blog) is a great way to target specific keywords and generate demand for your business. We have experienced SEO specialists and content writers in house available for hire, and our SEO monthly plans include some elements of blog management that can be scaled further to your needs.

No! For all monthly plans there is no lock-in for a contract, however, for an SEO service, we typically advise trialling our service for 3-6 months to start seeing stronger tangible results.

Absolutely, in your initial consultation we will discuss various elements of local SEO targeting that may be relevant for your business, and this often includes aiming to boost you rankings of your Google My Business profile.

Absolutely, all SEO packages come with an initial consultation with your dedicated SEO account manager, who will be on hand to help with any questions. Beyond this, as an ongoing reference, a tab within your SEO section of your portal will allow you to view back answered questions by your dedicated account manager.

Absolutely, we simply become managers on your ad accounts, meaning you maintain full overriding control and visibility of your ad budget & spend.

Our management fee varies dependent on the business, as the larger the budget determines the larger amount of work required. We work with you to choose a budget spend monthly, from there, we will provide a transparent price post a free consultation.

Not at all, you can pull the campaign at any time or adapt your monthly budget spend.

Absolutely, we will create the graphics, A/B tests & variants required for your Paid Ads project for you as part of our Paid Ads service.
